We are at a turning point in software development and business processes. The traditional way of building software has fundamentally changed. Spending years mastering the syntax of a specific language is no longer the bottleneck — AI tools can handle much of that for us. What truly matters now is the ability to understand real business needs and turn them into practical, sustainable solutions. That means focusing on what really creates value, including the ability to:

  • Think clearly about real-world problems
  • Understand how companies create value and achieve their goals
  • Confidently say "no" to features that don't matter
    • “no” to features that don’t matter
  • Guide, validate, and improve AI-generated code
  • Explain trade-offs in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders
  • Decide what should be built — not just how to build it
